General Shipping and delivery information

Australia:

All Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post eParcel, and all parcels are trackable. You'll receive tracking details via email once your order has left our warehouse.

Shipping Rates:

  • Regular post: $8

  • Express post: $15

ORDER PROCESSING

  • Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order.

  • You can expect an email within 2-3 business days to let you know your order is on the way!

Delivery timings (non-holiday periods):

  • Australia Post Regular eParcel: 3 - 5 business days

  • Australia Post Express eParcel: 1 - 3 business days

Please note that these are estimates only, as provided by AusPost. Once your order has left our HQ, it's at the mercy of the postie! You'll receive a tracking number upon dispatch. For any inquiries, please email us at info@thegocompany.com.au with your order number, and we can chase it up for you.

PLEASE NOTE (APPLICABLE TO ALL DESTINATIONS):

  • Exceptions to delivery timings may apply during special promotions or global pandemics.

  • Shipping costs are not included within the product price listed on the e-store unless a special promotion is on or otherwise stated in the product description.

  • Parcels won't be dispatched on public holidays or weekends.

  • Tracking is ultimately the responsibility of the customer, so please keep an eye on your tracking info for updates on when parcels will arrive. If your parcel doesn't arrive by the scheduled due date, or the updated delivery date, please contact us so that we can lodge a complaint with Australia Post.
